"Cute as a button" is such a cliche but it is so true for this listing. This four season cottage has 'no stone unturned'. Everything and anything has been renovated or updated. At the end of the private road this sweet bungalow stares out at the Moira River. The lovely new blue vinyl siding enhances the waterside atmosphere. Inside, the bright new finishes are appealing and so satisfying for that move in readiness. This includes a new kitchen, bathroom, flooring, plumbing and wiring. The large windows enhance the unobstructed river view. A cozy bedroom and good size storage/closet off the kitchen are well planned out. Come out and be impressed if you are that first time buyer getting into the market or if you would like to downsize or just want a recreational property to escape to.
