This 4.38 acre estate building lot is located on County Road 1, 10 minutes from Picton, 10 minutes from Wellington, and 20 minutes from Belleville. It comes with a partial driveway, an excellent well with a flow rate of 25gpm, and a great rural view. Searching the archives has revealed this land likely once belonged to the Leavens family, who were original settlers to PEC in 1847. It has seen its share of Leavens family members over the decades, eventually becoming part of Rutter Orchards in the 1950's. Traces of its past can be found still.
