This 1.71 acre midtown site is located on Old Weston Road, south of St. Clair Ave. West, in Toronto’s Junction neighbourhood, which many view as the city’s next big trendy place to live. The 99-metre-tall building consists of a six-storey podium and a 27-storey tower element located along the northern edge of the footprint. The development consists of 321 residential units, 4,375 m2 of office space and 1,100 m2 of indoor/outdoor amenities. Exceptional local amenities abound, including numerous retail, restaurant and entertainment options. It is conveniently close to the St. Clair Avenue Light Rail Transit, with rapid TTC access to the entirety of the GTA through both the University and Yonge subway lines. Also, a SmartTrack station is proposed just steps from the site along St. Clair Avenue West.Source: I2 Developments Developer Name: i2 Developments Ownership: Condominium SalesStart: To Be Determined EstimatedCompletion: To Be Determined
