This rate includes electricity and water for up to 2 adults and 2 children. Inside, the cabin offers an air-conditioned open-plan living area, a master bedroom with a queen bed, and a second bedroom with a single bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, cooktop, microwave, fridge, and all essential cookware and utensils. There is also a dining area, a comfortable lounge space, and a bathroom. A private carport is provided for one vehicle directly at the cabin. Short-Term residents have access to shared village facilities, including two swimming pools, two playgrounds, a convenience store, three guest laundries, a sports court, and barbecue areas. Rental Details: Minimum stay is 4 weeks, with a maximum stay of 3 months. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults & 2 children. Costs: Rent is $680.00 per week (includes electricity and water). To proceed with the short-term rental agreement, the first 4 weeks rent is payable in advance, along with a $500.00 refundable cleaning/damage security deposit and a $100 refundable key and boom gate swipe deposit.
