Built in 1863, this apartment on Eardley Crescent has been meticulously restored to honour the architectural character and craftsmanship of its period. Original features have been preserved wherever possible, while lost details have been carefully recreated from nineteenth-century precedents, including plaster overdoors, mouldings, cornices and joinery.

The period-led approach continues throughout the home. The bathroom features handmade glazed Victorian tiles, traditional garlands and egg-and-dart mouldings, complemented by Carrara marble that echoes the original drawing room fireplace. The kitchen combines Victorian tiles, reclaimed brass fittings, a Belfast sink, marble worktops and painted timber cabinetry, with reclaimed 1860s door furniture adding further authenticity.
