There's a proper big bath as well as a separate shower, and it's been finished in the same modern style as the rest of the house.</p><p>Then there's the garden.</p><p>And it's a really good one.</p><p>There's loads of room for children to play, space for a dog, somewhere to have people round in the summer and still enough garden left to actually enjoy.</p><p>Location wise, you're in a really handy spot too.</p><p>You've got schools, shops and everyday essentials close by, good transport links into Birmingham and easy access towards Sutton Coldfield. So whether it's the school run, getting to work or just getting out and about at the weekend, life here feels pretty straightforward.</p><p>But for me, the reason I like this house isn't one particular room.</p><p>It's the whole thing.</p><p>The character of an older property.</p><p>The modern finish you actually want.</p><p>The space for a family to grow.</p><p>And that feeling you get when you walk through the door and can immediately imagine yourself living there.</p><p>It's just a really cool family home.</p><p>And I think the next owners are going to love it.</p>
