If you are looking for a home that gives you the opportunity to begin your family life in an area where your children have all the advantages that you could wish for them, or maybe you're looking for somewhere central to down-size to after your kids have flown the nest or perhaps you're single or just purely looking for a rental opportunity.....It's a house for EVERYONE!!

This home is situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac in a popular area within Mold, yet remains convenient for the town centre with all its amenities. It features a well-proportioned lounge, a recently updated beautiful kitchen / dining room with large patio doors opening onto a decent sized garden with its shed and seating area.

We pull up outside onto the tarmac driveway that offers parking for at least two cars, there's a separate section set aside for more parking on a gravel area, as well as a smaller section that's been laid to lawn. A wooden gate and fence separates the rear garden and offers access through at the same time.

Stepping through the part glazed front door, which helps keep the entrance hallway nice and bright, we come into a generous sized hallway. A staircase rises to the first floor accommodation (obviously) and a rather stylish floor leads us to the lounge.

This is a generous sized lounge with a continuation of the fabulous flooring found in the hallway. The fireplace has been covered over with a rather stylish surround, however, I am sure that with a little expert help from a chimney guy, this could be reinstated with a real fire or even the ever popular log-burning stove that seems favourable in most homes today. A bay window allows ample light in and also offers views down the street and onto the further fields.

At the end of the entrance hallway is a modern and very stylish looking kitchen that's fitted with floor and wall mounted units, offering ample work surfaces which cover two walls, offering loads of space for modern day kitchen appliances and food preparation, there's plumbing for a washing machine, and an oven and hob with stainless steel extractor over.

At the end of the kitchen is an open-plan dining area that's large enough to seat at least four people comfortably, so if you like having people over for dinner, then this is a great place to entertain them in.

Two wood and glass panel doors open to reveal a generously sized conservatory which, if you invited more people over for dinner, could easily accommodate a larger table and chairs.

One idea for the conservatory, if you're feeling flush, would be to turn this into a more useful all year round room, by sticking a slate roof on it and turning it into an Orangery. You'd be best seeking professional advice on this, to find out how much it would cost and how easily it can be done, but it would greatly improve this, already fabulous room. As it is, you can sit and admire the gardens all year round from in here.

If we go upstairs, the landing is kept nice and bright thanks to a large window found at the head of the stairs.

The two main bedrooms are generously sized, both capable of taking double beds and the extra free standing furniture. One of the bedrooms has a built-in wardrobe.

Even the ubiquitous box room provides more than adequate space as a bedroom but as more of us are still working from home, it would make an ideal office or if you're lucky enough, games room.

Next we come to the contemporary modern bathroom suite with its stylish fully tiled walls and floor, there's a panelled bath with a useful wall mounted shower attachment over it and glass screen protector, then a beautiful gloss vanity sink unit and of course the ever useful toilet. A frosted window keeps it nice and light in here and of course keeps prying eyes out....although it's not that kind of area.

If we step outside, the garden is made up from various sections, some with patio areas, some with gravel and then a raised section leading to an area of lawn. This is a generous sized garden and appears quite easy to maintain, ideal for the BBQ season and alfresco dining and it is all fully enclosed by a wooden fence for extra privacy. A large area of patio runs down the side of the house, perfect places for bins and other bits and pieces, before a wooden gate opens to take us back around the front.

Here ends the tour, so if you're looking for a home that's been well maintained, is ready to move straight into and requires nothing to be done, then give us a call....this home is near perfection.
