Each investment supports the creation of high-quality accommodation for multiple vulnerable individuals. The Housing Provider secures a 5-year lease on the property, undertakes a comprehensive refurbishment, furnishes it to "The Decent Homes Standard" specification, obtains all relevant HMO licences, and then leases the completed unit to the Housing Association.

The Housing Association enters into a 5-year lease agreement, backed by government funding. Rather than receiving the lease payment as a lump sum, the Housing Provider is paid monthly across the 60-month term, creating a consistent and secured income stream - shared with you, the investor.
