Hello there!You are reading the ad for a double bedroom in a gated mews flat, 7-8 minutes walk away from Brixton tube station. The room is available from the 16/17th of October.You will be sharing the flat with me. I'm a 46 year old, queer actor, originally from Istanbul. I work freelance which means I have a schedule that changes day-to-day. The house comes with an oven, microwave, a wi-fi, a washing machine and a dishwasher. It's one of those new-built flats - charming and cosy and quite clean! It also has been re-painted a month ago! I'm looking for someone tidy, clean and quiet who is after a decent and peaceful accommodation rather than a party house. Think of it more as a sanctuary. A good balance of clear communication, a warm relationship whilst also needing private space/ time is ideal and of course mutual respect for the common space that we share is non-negotiable. I will be taking a refundable one month’s deposit from you and return it back at the end of your stay considering everything is as it was.The house has great links to the city for after hours, a great night bus route takes you back home in no time. There are loads of supermarkets and convenience stores open within 5 minute walking distance.
