Small double bedroom available in a 2-bedroom flat in Clifton Village. We are looking for a friendly, tidy and respectful lodger to share home with. This is home, so we are looking for someone who will treat the flat with care and also make the flat feel like their home too. A bit about us - During the week, our life is generally pretty quiet, we are usually be at the gym, training or heading out for dinner with friends. Because we work from home most of the time, I’m ideally looking for someone who is out at work 4–5 days a week. I think this would suit someone who is happy having a relaxed, quiet home during the week. The flat The flat is in Clifton Village, with plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants and bars nearby. There are two communal outdoor spaces, a roof terrace and a courtyard which are great to have. There is also a sheltered bike storage area next to the courtyard, so there’s somewhere secure to keep a bike. Parking permits are available, and I believe these are currently around £250 per year. We are also happy to cover the cost of household toiletries and cleaning essentials as part of the arrangement, including things like toilet roll and cleaning products.
