It is kept in great condition and is up-to-date with all maintenance.The available bedroom is a very comfortable double room with its own ensuite bathroom, giving you your own private space.The flat is on the 5th floor with lift access ofc.The location is really convenient — we’re just 5 minutes from Regent Retail Park, right by the canal and very close to Castlefield and the city centre. There is also good public transport nearby, as well as local shops.Bills are NOT included. They currently work out roughly as follows:- Electricity: ~£180/month- Water: ~£70/month- Council tax: £168/month- Fibre internet: £10/monthThese are all split between the two of us, so your share is approximately £214/month in total. Electricity and water can vary depending on usage.As for me, I’m very friendly, enjoy a good chat and a laugh, but I’m also respectful of personal space.
