I have a bright, comfortable double room available in my home, tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac just five minutes from Chorlton. This is a lodger arrangement rather than a conventional flat-share, and I’m looking for someone who would enjoy living in a relaxed, friendly and considerate home. You’ll share the house with one other lodger, a friendly professional. We all enjoy a chat when we cross paths but are equally happy doing our own thing and respecting each other’s space. I own the house but I’m usually away in London from Sunday to Thursday, so during the week the house is often particularly quiet. The advert is listed as no pets, but friends’ dogs do occasionally visit and stay downstairs, so it may not suit someone who is uncomfortable around dogs. As the house is peaceful during the week, I’m looking for someone who works away from home rather than someone who works from home regularly. Over-30s preferred.
