Standing in a fabulous plot of just over half an acre, which includes an indoor swimming pool complex with a gym, this substantial 6-bedroom detached family home of 3793 sq. ft. and over 5000 sq. ft., including the pool complex, is set in one of the village's most sought-after cul-de-sac locations and benefits from glorious southerly views to the rear over Epsom Downs. The property offers a welcoming and spacious reception hall, a cloakroom, a fabulous 33'10 x 15'10 through lounge, a separate dining room, a modern fitted kitchen/breakfast room leading to a large sunroom, and a study. There is also a utility area and a downstairs bathroom, whilst the garage has been subdivided to form a workshop and storage area; this part of the property could be adapted into a self-contained annex, ideal for multi-generational living. On the first floor there are five bedrooms and two luxury bathrooms, including a huge master bedroom and en suite and a large rear sun terrace overlooking the garden and Downs beyond, accessed from bedroom 3. Note: there is a lift to the first floor, which, if not required and removed, would enable the size of bedroom 4 to be increased. There is an additional bedroom/study/storeroom on the second floor with far-reaching views with access to the remaining loft space.

Outside, the property is approached via a driveway for several cars, whilst the stunning south-facing rear garden, with a backdrop of the glorious Epsom Downs, includes a substantial indoor swimming pool complex with a heated pool and spa, gymnasium, shower room, and separate WC and plant room. The property has gas central heating with a MegFlo system boiler and is offered for sale with no onward chain.

Tadworth offers a range of local shops, including a family butcher and village store/post office, as well as cafes, restaurants and gastro pubs. Tadworth station provides services to London Bridge and Victoria, and there are bus services to local towns. The area is surrounded by some of Surrey's finest open countryside at Epsom Downs and Walton Heath, where many fine walks can be enjoyed and there are schools for all age groups, both private and state-run, in the area.

Council Tax Band: G
Tenure: Freehold
