Important to note: I use the studio most days (including weekends), usually during daytime hours (roughly 10am–6pm). I may use the kitchen, bathroom or yard while I’m there, but I never stay overnight. I may also have very occasional visitors (friends or family). It’s a friendly and respectful shared setup, but it won’t suit someone looking for complete privacy or working from home full time. It tends to work best for someone with an external workplace or hybrid routine. The place would suit a single person or a couple, but not children (there are fragile/art materials around). No pets and strictly no smoking. Rent is £2,500/month, including council tax, water and WiFi, and weekly professional cleaning of the property.
