Our Project at 1010 W.57th is adjacent to another townhouse project from our office we that has started construction recently on Oak Street. We created the new development in harmony with the Oak St. Project. These two sites gave us the opportunity to think again about the details and material choices and create a similar feel and design that complement each other but does not duplicate.
