As you walk up a flight of stairs, on the 2nd floor you will find the bedrooms. Take in the pine skyline views as you lay in bed. Although rarely used, the both bedrooms have wall AC units to make sure you’re comfortable during the warmer months. Need to work? There is a designated work area in the master's bedroom beside the balcony so you can work and still enjoy the fresh mountain breeze.Check out the back porch egg swing. It is one of our favorite places to relax. Nestled in a quiet, flat, residential area but still just a short walk to shops and Big Bear's famous SnowPlay/Go Kart and Convention Center. Rainbow House's central location is very convenient that you can literally get to anywhere you need to within 10 minutes. No wonder this area is a crowd favorite amongst locals.Take a walk around the neighborhood or the nearby sights. You can walk to grab a cup of coffee at Lumberjack or Broadway cafe for breakfast or brunch. Pickle's pie shop is another local favorite that serves the best pies in town. There are also thrift stores and art stores which are walking distance to Rainbow House. Most locals would also suggest you check out Wyatt's Grill for some live music and dancing.
