I have a free-standing AC unit I put out in the summer and guests find it adequate to cool on the hotter days. Kitchen has an electric stove top, fridge, microwave, and toaster oven.

I did some upgrades when I purchased the place in 2019: new roof on the garage (cabin roof has 20 years on it), new LVP flooring throughout, and added the propane heating stove.
