This was built for 3 seasons- the well is above ground with a built-in heating source for cold temps. So the gas stove is sufficient for fall and spring heat. I have a free-standing AC unit I put out in the summer and guests find it adequate to cool on the hotter days. Kitchen has an electric stove top, fridge, microwave, and toaster oven.
I did some upgrades when I purchased the place in 2019: new roof on the garage (cabin roof has 20 years on it), new LVP flooring throughout, and added the propane heating stove.
The acre is split into 2 parcels, so a perfect opportunity to build a second dwelling- maybe your year-round home with the cottage as your income producer!
Cabin is booked solid through August, so I can start showing in September and close as early as mid-October so you'll still have the fall to hunt, fish, and enjoy the color.
