Appliances: Inside there are two refrigerators, dishwasher, washer and dryer, electric range, overhead microwave and garbage disposal. In shop, there is a working side by side refrigerator (we used it as a bait fridge) and a small chest freezer also included.

Home is directly off of 140 at Lake Eufaula Rd exit (HWY 150) 2.5 miles south making easy access to everything, 10 miles to Checotah and 12 to Eufaula.
All hanging decor and pillow decor can stay if buyer wishes. Rural 9 water, East Central Electric and Fiber Internet. We love our little place, but life is taking us in a different direction - otherwise we would definitely keep it as it is just a great place if you are looking for a quiet little get away.
