We have a cottage for sale situated in Niagara on the lake at the Vineridge resort. Great to rent out or for personal use. In 2023, the cottage was rented out for $300.00 per night via Airbnb. It includes a kids’ playground, one acre splash pad, inground heated pool, multi-sports court, and special events during the time of stay. There are laundry facilities in a separate cottage which has coin operated machines. The cottage is located in close proximity to the two pools of the resort and all the other amenities. The Resort is close to Niagara Falls, city of Niagara-On-the Lake, hiking trails, cycling, Niagara River boating, golfing, award winning wineries, outlet malls, farmers markets, the butterfly conservatory, whirlpool cable cars, Brock Monument, museums etc. The Vine Ridge Resort annual fee of $7990.00 + HST includes property taxes, hydro, water, sewage, garbage, maintenance fees, as well as your unlimited use of all resort facilities for you, your family and guests, free wifi in the welcome center.
