The offer letter must be submitted in SEALED ENVELOPE with the following information CLEARLY PRINTED on the OUTSIDE: Name and address of the bidder Due date of bid and time Envelopes contents (not the bid amount) Property Sale Address Bids will be unsealed and reviewed by the Fairfield Selectboard on June 9, 2025 at their 7:00 PM meeting. Preference will be given to the highest bidder, with proof of funds and complete bid package. The Town of Fairfield reserves the right to reject any or all bids received or to cancel in part or in its entirety any of the RFPs if, in the discretion of the Selectboard, it is in the best interest of the Town of Fairfield.
