It sports a new toilet and a shower. A closed in walkway connects this to a laundry nook, a second toilet and a separate, new bathroom that is pretty decent. Out back is a separate two level terrace and a parking space. There's also currently a container home that will be removed soon. The house is at present fully furnished and I don't intend to change that, simply as I have nowhere to put all the furniture, so ideally this suits you. The solar makes the power bill almost disappear in summer and it's cheap even in winter. There's a heat pump for hot water so gas is only used for heating. As for pets. I'm willing to accept a dog but NO CATS.
