We’re renting out our home in Wandsworth while we’re away for six months, from approximately 1 November to 1 May, with the possibility of extending if our plans change. We’ll be clearing out all of our personal belongings, so the wardrobes, cupboards and storage will be yours to use. We’re also happy to be flexible with the furniture. If you’d like everything to stay, including the desks, sofa, dining furniture and other household items, we can leave it all. Equally, if there are particular things you don’t want, we can remove them before you move in. Essentially, you can arrive with your suitcase and live here straight away, without having to set up Wi-Fi, utilities or furnish a flat. This makes it particularly convenient for anyone coming to London for a temporary work placement, contract, relocation, sabbatical or other six-month stint.
