It is fully furnished including a cooker and fridge/freezer. Bed sheets, duvet/quilt and pillow, cooking pans and utensils, kettle, cutlery, plates etc. are all provided. We provide on site laundry facilities so there is no washing machine in the flats. Laundry facilities are charged at an additional cost of £3.50 per cycle.Council Tax - full time students are exempt – please liaise Birmingham Council directly regarding this. We ask that residents stay for a minimum of 3 months. The cost is £1145 per calendar month. The price includes water, room heating and water heating. Electricity is not included in the price, so meter readings will be taken. We charge just 40p per unit. We offer residents free Internet. Prices are reviewed on 1st September every year. To book a flat we need a GBP 500 booking fee. This full amount is non refundable and will come off your first months rent.If you would like to book this flat please let me know as soon as possible as we cannot hold a flat until booked. Please also note that even though the flat is two bedrooms it has a maximum capacity of 4 persons. The occupancy levels are set by the council which is why we cannot allow more than 4 persons in a flat. We do allow children in our flats. It is important to make a prompt decision and reply by email to avoid disappointment, as we work on a first come first served basis.Please note we now issue invoices for your first months rent one week before your arrival date. This needs to be paid before you arrive.
