We provide on site laundry facilities so there is no washing machine in the flats. Laundry facilities are charged at an additional cost of £3.50 per cycle.Council Tax - full time students are exempt – please liaise Birmingham Council directly regarding this. We ask that residents stay for a minimum of 3 months. The cost is £1145 per calendar month. The price includes water, room heating and water heating. Electricity is not included in the price, so meter readings will be taken. We charge just 40p per unit. We offer residents free Internet. Prices are reviewed on 1st September every year. To book a flat we need a GBP 500 booking fee. This full amount is non refundable and will come off your first months rent.If you would like to book this flat please let me know as soon as possible as we cannot hold a flat until booked.
