Hey everyone - looking to rent out flat long-term as we take up a new job based in Paris! It's a 3 bed (2 large doubles and 1 smaller studio/office but can still fit a double bed in there) gorgeous flat in the perfect area to enjoy all the best of East London. It's located in a nice modernist block (we refer to it as Barbican on a budget...) just off Hackney Road designed in the late 60s by the Tower Hamlets Architecture department. This means it's got loads of storage, lots of light (south facing but dual aspect so bright all day long) and uniquely split across the top 3 floors of the building. Super private, quiet and surrounded by lots of mature trees + very cute church courtyard/garden next door. Since we are moving country, looking to find some trustworthy, clean and respectful humans to take care of it with potential to live here for at least 3 years if not longer. Given a few factors, we are hoping to find a couple, single family or two friends to apply (i.e. not currently considering 3 friends). All clued up on new renters rights bill, trying to rent via OpenRent to avoid agents, and will be able to be a bit flexible around move in dates.
