Two other housemates will remain in the property until 1st September 2026, which is when the current contract ends. The house includes a garden, a lounge area with sofa and a coffee table, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, washing machine, dryer, kettle, fridge, freezer), plus a small storage room. Hoover and ironing board are provided (no iron).Bills are included at £115 per week. Payment can be made monthly, or as a one-off termly payment for the remaining three months (to be confirmed with the landlord).The house is located near the high street, with plenty of shops and food places nearby.
