There are a couple pretty good building locations on the property but it is mostly rolling hills and ravines. It is approximately 10 minutes from fort Garland and 35 minutes from alamosa 1 hour to Pueblo 4 hours to Denver it is in the San Luis valley but up in the mountains in the ranches not the flatland at all. There is a driveway and was a gate the last time we were there. It has some fencing but will definitely need to be improved.
