You are within a five-minute walk of the main beach and the surf beach and there is easy access to Broulee island and to the weekly Moruya markets. Once here, the car is forgotten and many adventures are within walking distance. Accommodation is in two 'pods' linked by an open walkway and is flexible for a range of family and friendship group compositions. The 'long house' has a master bedroom and a generous bathroom (with washing machine) plus the kitchen and large living/dining areas. The smaller 'pod' has 3 more double bedrooms (one with bunks) and a second full bathroom. The informal character of the house is shown in its hot and cold outdoor showers, the plywood floors and ceilings, its commercial style kitchen benches and the ability to open up the main pavilion on both sides to link indoor space with the timber decks outside.
