Description: Unfortunately, I am living in Texas and cannot take a picture of the gulf side right now. These pictures are taken by the person that cleared my property, so the gulf wasn't a priority for him. However, you can look it up on Google Earth Pro and see how close it is to the beach. You cannot see the water in every spot on the property but with a 2-story home or a home on stilts you would be able to see it all the time; you can always hear the waves though. The property would be considered about 2 blocks from the beach. The lot itself is ~ 140' x 85' and is in a no flood zone (X) in Port St. Joe Beach, Florida. It's a quiet little community but has the needed amenities and is around 45 minutes to Panama City for shopping. I don't need to sell, nor do I really want to sell it but if I get the right offer I will. I keep talking about putting a house there to rent in the summer until I retire but haven't yet, so make your best offer and if it's a good offer, I will consider it. Please don't contact me with low offers or tell me the "appraised value" I already have that information. I have already had water and electric run to the property and hooked up to sewer once, but the pipe is no longer visible for the sewer.
