Spacious rides, glades and open clearings provide excellent opportunities for woodland management, recreation, or establishing a woodland camp. Practical features include a useful storage shed, a composting toilet, and a caravan, all of which are included in the sale.</p><p>Despite its peaceful setting, Pilot Wood enjoys excellent access to local amenities. The popular White Swan pub is within walking distance, while the charming market town of Arundel, renowned for its historic castle, independent shops, restaurants, pubs and antique stores, is just a short distance away.
