What do I get for my money at Brokerswood? With any type of holiday home ownership there are two costs to consider - the purchase of your holiday home and the cost of keeping and using that holiday home each year.

Annual Pitch Fees There are annual charges which cover maintenance services on the park, landscaping, lighting and day to day upkeep. It also entitles you to faster Wi-Fi and access to the 80 acres of private, protected woodland and fishing on the lake. Pitch Fees Single Lodge £6,755 Twin Lodge £7,885 Charges are for the full year (reduced pro rata for new owners during the year) and are notified to owners in October and due by 1st March

What other costs should I consider? Electricity and Gas are metered and billed in November Local Authority rates, water, sewerage, refuse and administration are charged at £611.14 and billed in June Third party liability insurance of no less than £2m is required (Owners are free to insure their holiday home with any insurance provider.
