'Deluxe three bedroom detached executive home' is a phrase that precedes many a disappointing viewing for prospective purchasers. Seduced by the developer's pictures and flowery descriptions, they arrive to find the words are hollow and the pictures are just idealised artists impressions of how the house should look, but rarely does....

Just off the main feeder road into the estate we come to Ffordd Glyn, a select group of homes that manage that clever trick of maintaining an air of individuality purely by being different. A new and pretty semi glazed composite front door opens into the inner hall where you are immediately struck by the high quality wood flooring giving a distinct air of luxury, something that continues throughout the home.

To our right lies the convenient downstairs cloakroom with its wall mounted hand basin and lavatory. No, not a wall mounted lavatory; that would be silly.
