Directions From the north and the south, follow the A96 main road until approximately halfway between the Glens of Foudland and Colpy, where you come to a junction signposted 'Wells of Ythan (4 miles)'. Turn off here and follow this road north for about 2 miles, where you reach a junction marked 'Wells of Ythan (1 1/2 miles)'. Turn right here and follow this road until you reach a collection of roadside houses, the hamlet of Ythanwells. The property for sale is located on the left-hand side as indicated by our sale board.
