Description: This 60 acre subdivision has 35 lots, six of which have been built on (four duplexes and two single family homes). Phase one includes six more lots including a five acre lot on State Route 50 and Hickory Circle.

One lot in phase two is a 15 acre lot that could be further subdivides. All other lots are minimum of one acre each.

Hickory Circle was offered to the town to become a town road back in the 1990's but was not accepted because the town wanted 3/4 of the houses built before accepting the road. They have since dropped that requirement but want the road to be brought back to the condition it was in when I offered it back in the 1990's before accepting it. I am old and cripple and am not interested in dealing with the town again.

Phase two of the road will have to be re-engineered to the present road standards before it can be built. I am willing to sell the remaining subdivision lots and road for $500,000. Hickory Circle remains a private road and must be snow plowed in the winter.
