We currently have one bedroom property on the ground floor. Please be aware, despite there being lift access to upper floors, residents must still have the mobility to be able to leave the building via the stairwells in the event of an emergency.
We accept , but please note there are ineligible service charges which would be payable by yourself. This includes your heating charge and you will therefore not have a further gas bill to pay.

We are also pet friendly.
There is no bond payable, but we do ask for a minimum of two weeks rent to be paid in advance by card when you take the keys for your new home.
