The grant of Planning Permission was<br />given by the City of Bradford Metropolitan<br />District Council on the 20th April 2010 with the<br />reference number; 04/05593/FUL. The original<br />permission to build (established in 1996) is now<br />preserved in perpetuity and has the reference<br />number; 96/02752/FUL.<br />A more recent application was submitted<br />for residential development of the site under<br />reference 17/05708/FUL for the erection of 8<br />dwellings. This application was subsequently<br />refused at Appeal on the basis of principle.
