Open to split group sharers.It’s located on lockleaze road in horfield, which is within walking distance to the shops and cafes of filton avenue. It’s also has great bus links to uwe, gloucester road and surrounding areas.The house consists of 6 bedrooms, including single rooms, small double rooms and standard double rooms. There are two main bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The shared communal kitchen and living room is a great size, and a very comfortable, homely environment to socialise in.There is parking for 4 cars minimum, more are available but it would involve blocking others in and sharers will need to liaise closely with each other to let others in and out. Unrestricted on street parking is also available but may be a short walk from the house.We have a visiting cleaner twice a week, so the standard of our houses remain high. We also have a visiting gardener. The garden is a lovely large space to relax in during the summer months.The room rate includes all bills, and consumable items such as toilet roll, cleaning products, tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt, pepper and laundry powder. Laundry is charged at £1 per wash and £1 per dry.We do not accept students under the age of 21. We do not accept couples or groups of friends of more than 3 people. No smoking.
