Inside each 600 square-foot apartment,you will find neutral paint colors, carpeted living room and bedroom, vinylkitchen and bathroom flooring, garbage disposal, an electric stove andenergy-efficient appliances, and ample storage space. The landlordpays for hot and cold water, garbage, and sewer. Residents are responsible forPG E and all other utilities. All units areavailable on a first-come, first-qualified basis. All lease terms are on amonth-to-month basis.
