HiI have a clean and cute room available that looks out onto gardens and has morning sun. There are built-in wardrobes and overhead storage cupboards plus a dresser with 3 drawers. The bedframe, mattress topper, pillows and duvet are all almost new.The room was painted earlier this year and has a new blackout blind plus new curtains.The door is lockable.You'll share the one bathroom with me (shower only). I'm just off the end of Hammersmith Rd where it meets High street Kensington. There are 3 tube stations nearby - 7mins to West Kensington for District, 10 mins to Barons Court for Piccadilly and 15 mins to High St Kensington for the circle line. There's an overground station 5 mins walk- Kensington Olympia. (you could even walk 20mins to Shepherds Bush for the Central line.) There's buses 9, 27, 28 and 306 all a very quick walk away..Note: I have pet parrots. The household is lively - there's the birds, we play music, watch TV etc. I'm looking for a tenant who is kind, intelligent and has common sense, doesn't work at home and is quiet and clean. We get up semi-early and go to bed relatively early so someone with a similar routine would be best.
