I’m leaving Cambridge so will need someone to take over my tenancy. I have the disabled bedroom which means it’s bigger (no disability equipment) then all the other rooms! I have some furniture in there that if you would like to keep for when you move in just let me know! It is an en-suite so you don’t have to share with others apart from the living room / kitchen. My flatmates are very friendly and quiet and clean. We have a groupchat I’ll add you to for any enquires we have about something regarding in the flat! The train station is a 5min walk with Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Co-Op, Greggs, Wasabi and more in the 5min radius! There is a shared hang out area if you’d like to visit with a tv and pool tables. Has a nice view overlooking the streets and is on the top floor. There is communal laundry and bins.All Bills and Fast Broadband included! Has a fridge shelf, freezer compartment and 3 cupboards that I ‘have’ that you can takeover to put your kitchen stuff in! We have onsite fixers if there’s any problems all you have to do is put it as a problem on the Yugo app and arrange a day for them to fix it!
