This will be from April 17-July 24, which is the last rent period of £2101. If the student wishes, they can move in from the last week of March/April as I have paid the penultimate rent. They would just need to cover the last rent.The room is a premium en-suite. It part furnished as it comes with a mattress and includes a private ensuite bathroom with access to a shared kitchen and living area. The building has great student facilities and is located close to Aston University and Birmingham City University, with easy access to the city centre.This is a tenancy takeover, so the new tenant would take over my contract until the end of the tenancy.
