Double room available in a furnished shared flat from 22 October 2026. You will also have your own private bathroom with a bathtub. I am not the landlord; I am simply looking for a new housemate. If you decide to move in, you will need to sign a tenancy agreement with the landlord/agent. They may also carry out reference checks and require a guarantor.The rent is £650 per month. Bills are usually around £200 per person per month, so the total monthly cost is approximately £850. Bills include council tax, electricity, water and Wi-Fi. Please note that the bill amount is only an estimate and may increase or decrease depending on usage and changes in charges. A detailed breakdown and copies of the actual bills/invoices can be provided on request.The £650 rent will be paid directly to the landlord/agent, while the household bills will be paid to me.The current housemate has not yet moved out or fully cleared the room, so please do not expect the room to be completely empty or perfectly tidy during the viewing. I will do my best to make sure it is properly cleared before the official move-in date.I am usually at home quite a lot and may occasionally make some noise, including gaming and talking until around 1am or later. This does not happen every night, but if you are a very light sleeper, please keep this in mind.Ideally, I am looking for someone who plans to stay for a longer period. If you later decide to move out, please give both me and the agent at least two months’ notice before your intended move-out date.
