I’m looking for one considerate, clean and respectful person to share my two-bedroom flat in Clapham North.The flat has been refurbished to a high standard and is a comfortable, bright and well-maintained home. I’m looking for someone who will appreciate the space and treat it as their own home.About the arrangementI’m based between London and Hereford, so I’ll typically be living in the flat for around 1–2 weeks of each month, with the rest of my time spent in Hereford.This means you’ll have plenty of space and independence while I’m away, while when I’m in London we’ll share the flat together.I work as a counsellor and bodywork therapist, so I’m generally quiet, respectful and fairly routine-oriented.
