I'm hoping to finish my studies soon, so looking to sell my room for the past 3 years onto another student! Preferred tenant: female student.It is 1 medium-sized bedroom out of 5 rooms, with a view of the garden and some stunning sunsets! It's fully furnished with a desk, double-bed, bedside table with 2 drawers, 1 double-door wardrobe and a small feature fireplace (not working, just decorative). Rent is agreed between tenants, but as my room is medium it's slightly cheaper, at £555 per month. This excludes bills (WiFi, water, gas/electricity), which averages to £60 per month - dependent on usage and who supplies you. So, that totals to £615 per month. It is 20 minutes walking distance from Beehive Shopping Centre, Grafton Centre and Anglia Ruskin University (main Cambridge campus), so very convenient location! In terms of the rest of the house, there is a shared kitchen, 2 shared bathrooms (one has a bathtub, shower, toilet and sink and the other is toilet and sink only), a conservatory with a dining table with 2 benches and a garden.Over my stay here, it has been an all female student house, ages ranging from 18-25 years, but open to change, as by May 2026, we're all hoping to have moved out.Ideally, I'd like to move out by end of April/start of May (rent is due 1st of the month, so would be easiest to change over at this date).Please, send a message or feel free to share the advert with anyone you think may be interested.I'm happy to answer any questions and arrange a viewing, if needed, but the images are my own either from when I first moved in (empty room with just furniture laid out) to what it is currently (with all my things in place!).Minimum tenancy length is 6 months, as standard, but you are able to move out before then, as long as you find a replacement tenant - so, shorter tenancies are also possible. You may also renew the tenancy if you'd like to stay longer - super easy process, which is why I stayed here long-term.
