This is a small double room to rent in a multigenerational family household including x2 children.This is not a student houseshare, or party house we are working professionals in a family house with one person home working so you will need to be mindful of noise levels during the working day and the children have school so mid week noise levels need to be kept to a minimum. No cooking in the kitchen after 9pm either, you can have occasional use of the washing machine but no more than once per week. The family rooms (kitchen/dinner) can be shared occasionally but we would like our own privacy the majority of the time. On the top floor is the other lodgers (two) with a shower room and toilet on this floor also, which is your responsibility to clean after use,We also have two indoor cats who mainly reside in the family areas, they are not allowed to be let outside the front door.This is ultimately cheap accommodation for the area including bills and broadband.
