Some of our tenants work in the medical sector either in Heartlands Hospital or surrounding hospitals.We also have several other HMO (House of multiple occupancy) properties around Birmingham. If you are looking for a different location in Birmingham, please ask. Tenancy lengthUsually, 6 months but we are happy to consider shorter term lets.
