The move in date would be around two months from when you agree to take the room.The house is really spacious and fully furnished, with two lounges and an open plan kitchen, so there is plenty of shared space. It never feels cramped and is a very comfortable place to live.The available room is an upstairs double room with lots of storage and carpet flooring. There is also a spare bedroom which is not available for rent but can be useful for extra space. The bathroom is fairly small but it has never been an issue as my housemate is very considerate and the space is managed well.The area is quiet with friendly neighbours. We are right next to a Co-op and only a short walk from Lidl and Tesco, so it is very convenient for shopping.Bills usually come to around £60 per month and council tax is Band A.The landlords are very reliable and quick to sort any issues. We have recently had our annual inspection and there were no concerns, so the house is well looked after.A bit about the current housemate. He is a 23 year old trans man, so it is important that you are LGBTQ+ friendly. He works full time as a youth worker and is a great person to live with. He keeps shared spaces clean and is quiet, respectful, and easy to get along with.
