Many local shops, restaurants, and other services are located all within walking distance, e.g. Sainsbury’s, Lidl, Tescos, Co-op, the Divine Cafe, and many other independent small shops in Sherwood center. Nottingham City Hospital is also within walking distance. Public transport to the city center and NTU is just a 5 minute walk away and only takes 10 minutes (or less) by bus (buses 15, 16, and 17). This city center is about 1.6 miles away. There is a free bus called the Medilink to the University of Nottingham. The house features a south facing garden and receives a lot of natural light, a modern shared kitchen, washer+dryer and other appliances, shared bathrooms, shared living room, and a shared south facing garden with terrace.About the Tenants:The house is shared with three friendly professionals who enjoy a quiet night in during the week but are sociable on weekends. The live-in landlord is a (male) Lecturer in Computer Science at the University of Nottingham. The property currently houses a female professional. The ideal lodger is a balance between social, clean, having a good work ethic, tidy, and prefers the shared spaces to be very clean. Also, the lodger screening process will factor in the high standard of cleanliness in the shared spaces, especially the kitchen and the bathroom. Everyone is expected to contribute to the house chores, e.g., vacuuming, tidying the kitchen, and not leaving dirty dishes etc.  Enjoy a peaceful garden for BBQs, a south-facing terrace for sitting in the sun, cycling outings, with easy bus access to Nottingham's buzz.
