Each unit comes fully equipped with a full-size bed, table and chairs, dishes, towels, linens, and internet access so all you need to bring is your suitcase. There is coin-operated laundry and an on-site building manager for your convenience.Our furnished short-term studio rentals include all of the utilities and high speed internet for the first three months. The Cornelia Suites require a one-month minimum stay with a one-time cleaning fee of $175 and a refundable security deposit of $1,000. All payments must be made with a credit or debit card.
