The Sitka is located along two Portland Streetcar lines and adjacent to two city parks.A few important things to know:Income Limits : 203 of the 209 apartments at the Sitka are subject to income guidelines.Student Households : There are a few exceptions, but, in general, households composed entirely of full-time students are not eligible to live in the 203 income-restricted apartments at the Sitka.Occupancy Requirements:The Sitka has a minimum number of residents per apartment.Availability : There is a waiting list for the income-restricted apartments at the Sitka.
