A piece of Washington, DC history is coming alive again. The Strand Residences a new, 86-unit affordable housing development is being built next to the historic Strand Theater in DCs Deanwood neighborhood. The Strand will offer one and two-bedroom apartment homes for move-in September 2021. The apartments come equipped with washers and dryers in every apartment and gourmet kitchens including dishwashers and microwaves.The Strand amenities include a fitness center, a private courtyard with a grilling station, a cyber cafe, and a resident services coordinator. The apartment community also offers on-site management and maintenance services.
